Oil Injector Pump

Available with us is an array of hydraulic equipment like oil injection pump (Model - Pie / 1001) that is primarily an oil injector pump that is designed to operate up to 3000 kg/cm2 giving adequate pressure for all normal dismounting applications.
System : - The pressure required to dismount bearing assemblies is 200 to 500 kg/cm2 range, and for torque-transmission joints is 800 to 1800 kg/cm2 range
- In optional case, the pressure required is 2500 to 3000 kg/cm2 is required
Application Area: - This system has diverse applications, starting from small components to extremely large ones with cylindrical or taper seats
- It is extensively used for mounting and dismounting components with interference fits which are transmitting large fluctuating loads, such as gears, flywheels, crankshafts, couplings and bearings
Mounting & Dismounting: - Oil Injection System is the sole procedure of mounting and dismounting for shrunk fit components without causing any damage
- This method helps reduce, or almost eliminate the mounting and dismounting force

Hydraulic Bearing Extractor
Our clients can avail from us a unique gamut of hydraulic bearing extractor model: BWT with mobile workstation that is especially designed to inject oil under high pressure between the bearing bore and shaft seating, enabling the bearing to be pulled out floating on thin film of oil. The mobile workstation enables dismounting of direct mounted bearings without any damage or scoring to the bearing bore or shaft seating, with minimal force. This assortment of hydraulic bearing extractor with mobile workstation offered by us has become the standard equipment with the Indian railways for the purpose of dismounting of direct mounted spherical roller bearing fitted on the axles of ICF coaches and EMUs.

Scissor Lifter
